3. Custom Orders & Submitted Artwork

For custom apparel orders, customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, names, or designs.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the material, or

  • You have authorization to reproduce and use the material.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is:

  • Illegal

  • Offensive

  • Defamatory

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Infringing upon trademarks or copyrights

Customers assume full legal responsibility for submitted content.

4. Intellectual Property

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Custom artwork, design work, and setup services may be non-refundable.
